Arrowhead Partners was founded by Dylan Williamson and Kurt Roqueplot, two former U.S. Army Green Berets who forged their partnership through years of working side by side on missions around the world.

Dylan Williamson
Dylan’s journey has taken him from the battlefield to the boardroom—and just about everywhere in between. A U.S. Army Green Beret turned financial strategist, Dylan built his foundation on discipline, leadership, and the ability to think clearly under pressure.
After transitioning from military service, he spent years working in accounting before rising to become CEO of a fast-growing accounting firm. That experience gave him a front-row seat to the challenges business owners face—and inspired him to launch Arrowhead, a firm built to bring strategic clarity and operational precision to ambitious operators and investors.
His experience stretches across military operations, finance, tax strategy, and real estate investment, giving him a uniquely practical perspective on business. Dylan’s the kind of guy who can talk you through a complex financial model one minute and evaluate a property deal the next. He approaches every challenge like a mission—organized, adaptable, and always focused on the end goal.
Outside of work, Dylan’s a devoted husband and dad who’s just as comfortable wrangling alpacas on the family farm as he is teeing off on the golf course. He’s also the co-host of Formula America, a podcast where he channels his lifelong love of motorsports into lively discussions about the world of Formula 1.
Kurt Roqueplot
Kurt is a proud Florida native and Florida State University alum with a bachelor’s in Real Estate. He began his professional journey by enlisting in the U.S. Army as a Combat Medic and later earning selection into the U.S. Army Special Forces (Green Berets), where he sharpened elite problem-solving skills, unconventional thinking, and mission-driven leadership.
After serving his country, Kurt brought that same grit into the business world—spending more than a decade in property management, operating inside a multi-billion-dollar cannabis company, and building his own real estate investment portfolio.
Now, as Co-Founder of Arrowhead Partners, he blends battlefield precision with real-world operational and capital-markets experience to help CRE operators scale smarter and stronger.
Beyond Arrowhead, Kurt can be found traveling with his family—chasing new destinations, new perspectives, and the kind of experiences worth passing down.
